We’re absolutely thrilled that you’re interested in our diamonds. We specialize in both natural and lab-created diamonds.
Please note that all accent stones are natural diamonds unless otherwise stated in the product description. 99.9% of our in-stock pieces are made with natural diamond accents.
Yes! Each center diamond is hand chosen and we exclusively source GIA or IGI graded diamonds. This includes lab grown diamonds.
It’s important to mention that we don’t grade melee (accent) stones. The grading cost for these smaller stones is relatively high compared to their value. Melee stones are typically sold in sizable parcels, sometimes comprising hundreds of diamonds, making individual grading impractical.
All gemstone purchases are only available to be used in a custom one-of-a-kind piece. We do not sell loose gemstones, but we are very excited to work with you on a custom piece featuring one of our carefully curated stones.
Can you hold a stone for me?
We do require our custom order deposit to hold any stones. This is nonrefundable.
Do your gemstones come with a report?
The majority of our sapphires are accompanied by a report, although not every stone in our collection includes one. Our semi-precious stones, which we highly value despite their classification, do not come with a report. This is because they are often sourced in their raw form and then expertly cut by our team. If you wish to obtain a report from GIA for your stone, we are more than willing to facilitate this service for a fee of $300.

Please note that our ring resizing capabilities are limited to adjustments of 2 sizes up or down. This limitation is in place to maintain the structural integrity, design, and overall quality of the ring. Making more drastic size changes can potentially compromise these factors. So, while we’d love to accommodate all size requests, we want to ensure that the final product remains as beautiful and durable as intended.
Should you require a ring size that falls outside the range we can accommodate for our available in-stock pieces, we invite you to explore the possibility of a custom ring design with us. With a custom design, we have the flexibility to craft a ring in any size that suits your preferences. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns-we’re here to help!

For custom made pieces we work solely in 18K gold (yellow gold, rose gold and white gold) and platinum. The jewellery is stamped with the particular metal it is made from.
Few of our pieces are made of 14K gold.
Though they may look similar, 14K and 18K gold have a few key differences.
A majority of gold jewellery is not made of 100% gold, and instead is created from an alloy that combines pure gold with a variety of other metals. This is because gold is very soft, meaning that pure gold is easy to scuff, scratch and change shape. Pure gold is also, interestingly enough, an orange color, as opposed to the soft yellow color we normally associate it with.
Gold is measured out of a 24K scale. So, when something is made from 18K gold, that means it is 18 parts pure gold and six parts various metals. This makes the item 75% pure gold.
14K gold is 14 parts pure gold and 10 other parts various metals, thus making it 58,5% pure gold.
Yes, we do. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship on our jewellery from the completion date and for a period of 12 months from the date of completion.
If you believe your jewellery piece has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us via e-mail on info@regina1987.com, before you return the piece to us.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it, and if we determine that the piece is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it. If it is not possible to repair the piece, we will replace it.
The warranty, however, does not cover damage to the jewellery, if the damage has happened with natural wear and tear, neglect or abuse or through any fault or mishandling of the person wearing the piece. Such damages can in some cases be covered by your insurance.
If it is determined that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, you will be notified if we can repair the piece and at which cost.
Please note that if the piece contains your own gemstones or gold, the warranty does not cover the piece.
You can read more about our warranty policy here.
Can you recreate or restock a particular ring?
People often ask us whether this holds true, and if we’re being brief: sort of.
While we can recreate a particular style, recreating a one-of-a-kind gemstone ring can be challenging due to several reasons:
