All Regina 1987 Ltd pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of completion. It’s essential to understand that our warranty policy does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, mishandling, misuse, accidents, improper care, or any alterations made by third parties. If you’ve had your piece repaired by an external jeweller without our prior approval, do note that the warranty policy does no longer cover your piece.

Please note that if the piece contains your own gemstones or any materials, the warranty does not cover the piece.

Also note that natural inclusions in gemstones are not to be considered damage. Be aware that diamonds and coloured gemstones are not guaranteed against scratches, chips or cracks.

We recommend you to have your jewellery insured by your insurance company, as damage, loss of the piece and normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty policy.
